Across the land every single day in every state of this union, families are grieving because of the loss of a loved one. Little do they know what might be in store for them. Most of them have never had any contact with the death care industry. Many of them will wish that they never did. Many of them will become angry and will look to turn to someone to help them. If they are lucky, their state, like the state of Maryland, just might have some watchdog organization or oversight committee to keep tabs on the industry. In too many cases however, there will be no justice.

Corporate America wins and the average American pays the price.
When will it stop? We can wait for the local, state and federal governments to step in and help. Some have, yet most have not. We could turn to the courts for justice but the process is long and requires so much money. Those with the money to fight have prevailed. Justice has been won for them but it is not an eternal justice because the average American continues to be victimized. Eternal justice for all is just a dream or is it?

I am happy to report that there is an organization and one individual to whom you can turn to win your rights in the death care industry. Her name is Carolyn Jacobi and her organization is called Eternal Justice. Carolyn Jacobi has been the champion of the consumer in the death care industry since 1995. Throughout her career she has worked in the death care industry and she knows all sides, funeral, cemetery and memorial. She is probably the most respected individual in the state of Maryland because of the role that she played in the passage of legislation to establish an Oversight Committee to regulate cemeteries. She has opened everyone's eyes to the plight of the consumer. The voice of Carolyn Jacobi is being heard across America.
Her mission has been to fight injustices in the death care industry wherever they may be found. Her work has lead her across the country and she continues to win battle after battle wherever she goes. She has won in the courtroom and she has won in the halls of government. More importantly, she wins every day for the consumer by direct contact with the death care industry. The death care industry knows and respects Carolyn Jacobi. When she calls, they respond and when she talks they listen and they comply.

No one has had the impact on this industry that Carolyn Jacobi has had. No one has achieved the results that she has achieved. Only a few know of the sacrifices, personal and otherwise, that Carolyn Jacobi has made to protect consumer rights in this death care industry. The creation of Eternal Justice has been a blessing for so many and has effected the lives of so many across the land.

Her mission is to protect Americans at a vulnerable time in their life when they experience the loss of a loved one. Eternal Justice has been successful because of her knowledge, her will and her persistence. It is time to go to the next level. Carolyn Jacobi will not be with us forever. We all live and we all die. It is absolutely essential to make certain that the work of Carolyn Jacobi continues and that we make plans and provisions for the continuance of her work once she does pass on.

Therefore, it is essential that Eternal Justice, a non-profit entity, be established and coordinated by Carolyn Jacobi and a Board of Directors. Enforcement of national policies as they apply to the rights of the consumer in the death care industry is one goal. However, education of the consumer is an even more important goal. With the proper knowledge of the industry consumers can make wiser decisions for themselves and their families. Scholarships can be established to train legal personnel to continue the fight to protect consumers. Eternal justice must be achieved now and preserved for our future generations.

Let it be known that Eternal Justice under the direction of Carolyn Jacobi and her Board of Directors seeks the support of all those who believe in protecting and preserving the rights of those who suffer the loss of family and friends. With your support Eternal Justice will be able to continue this important work for now and forever.

Remember that Eternal Justice represents everyone.
